Orvis Battenkill - 7'6 5wt Bamboo Rod 7'9" Western-style grip 6 1/2" inFor sale here is an Orvis Battenkill 7 1 2 foot impregnated bamboo rod for a 5 weight line. Labeled as weighing 4 1 8 oz. but comes in at 3 7 8 oz. on our scale. Serial #27437, completed April 7, 1960 by George Reid and Calvin Skinner. The rod is in very good condition, though both tips have repair wraps just above the last guide. Both tips also appear to have been re wrapped. All sections are full length and straight. All wraps are in fine shape free
