Caralluma foetida Mesemb violaciflorus Also known as EchinofossulocactusCaralluma foetida Family: Apocynaceae (Asclepidaceae). An attractive Stapeliad with square stems. Flowers are purple and yellow mottled with purple fringe. Flowers are most common and numerous in the late summer and fall but can bloom any time of year if happy. They can take some direct sun, but aren't full sun plants. This is one of the carrion flower type Stapeliads so you probably want it outside when in flower. Takes normal succulent care. Protect
